System to make your face fresh, young, strong, healthy & more beautiful every day
The Trager® approach was developed by Milton Trager, MD, over a period of 50 years and is taught worldwide. The bodywork is experienced as gentle rhythmic movements of the limbs and a soothing rocking of the torso which loosens all of the joints and muscles. It is non-invasive, gentle and deep. The process re-educates the mind, releasing traumas and stresses that are limiting – physically, mentally and emotionally.
The Trager Practitioner
The Trager practitioner adopts a relaxed and open meditative state of consciousness. The hands are used to communicate a quality of feeling to the nervous system by gently rocking, weighing, stretching and pressing.
The Client's Experience

Expect Trager to:
The positive effects of Trager are cumulative, penetrating below the level of conscious awareness, and can continue to produce results after a session.
